Mentorship and Peer Counseling team of Lukenya University was at St. Monica Elite Boys’ Secondary School followed by St. Monica Elite Girls’ Secondary School on 16th July 2022. This was part of the social corporate responsibility and community outreach by the University.
Students at the two schools were mentored in various areas including the power of the mind, attitude, depression and mental health, drug and substance abuse, relationships, time management, how to prepare for examinations and career choices.
The team was welcomed by the Principals of the schools and teachers. Miss Lukenya University, Hilda Lengarpatei and Mr Lukenya 2nd runners-up, Justin Isandi were also present.
