Lukenya University students, Violet Jepketer and Mercy Njihia represented Climate Smart Youth Network Global (GCSAYN) in the African Green Revolution Forum (AGRF) summit held from 7th September 2021-10th September 2021 at Nairobi, Kenya. The AGRF2021 Summit defines and unlocks the political, policy, and financial commitments and innovations that the African continent has in achieving sustainable food systems. It advances the commitments made at the Malabo Heads of State Summit towards achieving Sustainable Development Goals. AGRF summit is the world’s premier forum for African agriculture, bringing together stakeholders in the agricultural landscape to take practical actions and share lessons that will move African agriculture forward. Violet Jepketer had an interview on the youth involvement in Agriculture on the show “Good morning AGRF” on 7th September 2021.
